Location: Leicester (LE3)
Salary: Up to £27,000 basic DOE, Uncapped Commission, 25 Days Annual Leave, Quarterly & Annual Awards, Incentives, Structured Career Progression, Ongoing Professional Development

ATA Recruitment are looking for the next team member to join our expanding team!

ATA Recruitment has a great opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Leicester team. Specialising in the Manufacturing sector across the Midlands and UK and supporting the highest billing contract recruiter in ATA. This is a great role for someone who has some experience in a recruitment or sales role, who is looking for their next step. In this role you will be:

Generating candidates via adverts, LinkedIn, Job Boards, database searches etc and assessing their suitability for various Manufacturing roles
Supporting with the delivery of candidates to several existing accounts
Building and maintaining a candidate database for the contract manufacturing market
Generating leads/sales data to pass to senior Consultants to convert
Training to be a 360 Recruitment Consultant, focusing on candidate management for the first (up to) 12 months
After 12 months (or whenever you are ready) you will then switch to a 360-recruitment role, with the support and ongoing guidance of your Manager

You will be working for an experienced Associate Director with over 20 years of experience at ATA/in this market and working alongside a brilliant Client Relationship Manager, who has been with the business for nearly 9 years and is a great role model and mentor. The Manufacturing contract recruitment market is extremely fast paced and busy – we would expect for you to be placing candidates and billing quickly and therefore, earning commission quickly too!

While the role will not be a 360 position immediately, it will evolve into that and so we are looking for someone with a desire to sell. Our ideal candidate will have some work experience in a busy, sales or customer focused environment and experience working to targets. We are looking for someone keen to build a long-term career with a company. A high level of spoken and written English is essential.
