Recruitment Specialist

Location: Leicester (LE3)
Salary: Up to £27,000 basic DOE + Uncapped Commission

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our Leicester team, specialising in the Manufacturing sector across the Midlands and the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside ATA’s highest-billing contract recruiter in a fast-paced, high-earning environment.

The Role

Source and assess candidates for Manufacturing roles through job boards, LinkedIn, adverts, and database searches
Support the delivery of candidates to existing accounts
Build and maintain a strong candidate database for the contract manufacturing market
Generate sales leads for senior consultants
Train to become a 360 Recruitment Consultant – initially focusing on candidate management (up to 12 months), before transitioning into a full 360 role with ongoing support

The Ideal Candidate

Experience in a sales or customer-focused environment, ideally working towards targets
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A driven and ambitious mindset, eager to grow within the business
A passion for recruitment and a desire to develop into a full 360 role
