We’re expanding our thriving Manufacturing Contract Recruitment team in Leicester and are looking for a driven individual to join us as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You’ll be working alongside the highest billing contract recruiter at ATA, managing a busy desk with a strong client base across the Midlands and the UK. This means you'll step into a fast-moving environment with immediate opportunities to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

Initially, you’ll focus on building a solid understanding of the recruitment process, candidate management, and market insight. Your key responsibilities will include:

Candidate Sourcing – Using job boards, LinkedIn, and our internal database to identify top candidates.
Candidate Interviewing – Conducting structured interviews to assess candidate suitability and match them with roles.
Candidate Management – Managing candidates through the recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement.
Lead Generation – Identifying potential business opportunities and tracking market trends.
Database Management – Keeping our CRM system updated with accurate candidate and client information.

Progress to a 360 Recruitment Consultant:

Once you’ve mastered the fundamentals, you’ll transition into a full 360 recruitment role, where you’ll manage the entire recruitment cycle. This includes:

Business Development – Actively approaching businesses, securing new clients, and building long-term partnerships.
Client Management – Managing and developing client relationships, ensuring high-quality service and repeat business.
Sales Strategy – Using market insights to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Full-Cycle Recruitment – Managing roles from start to finish, from sourcing and interviewing to negotiating offers and closing deals.
