ATA Recruitment are growing and we are looking for a motivated individual to join our successful Manufacturing Recruitment team in Leicester, as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. The successful candidate will be supporting the highest billing contract recruiter in ATA, who has built up an extremely busy desk with clients across the Midlands and UK.

There are examples across our business of people who are extremely successful; we will ensure you are equipped with all the tools you need to do your jobs effectively.
The ideal candidate will be/have:
• A confident communicator
• Ambitious
• Great attention to detail
• A desire to work in a sales focused, targeted environment
• B2B or B2C sales experience
• A high level of spoken and written English
The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for the first 6 months:
• Generating candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, adverts, and our database
• Candidate Interviewing
• Candidate management to successful placement
• Generating Leads and Sales Data
• Populating our database with Client/Candidate information
After 6 months you will be trained on how to become a 360 Recruitment Consultant, which consists of all the above and:
• Business Development (B2B Sales) to bring on your own Clients
• Managing and developing Client Accounts
