Job Title: Field Service Technician
Location: Field Based - Nationwide Travel Required
Salary: 30,000 - 33,000 pa plus bonuses
Profile:
Our client, a leading medical equipment manufacturer and supplier based in the South East are looking to hire a hardworking, diligent and customer facing field service technician to join their busy operationsteam based in Hastings. As a field service technician the role will entail the installation, service and repair of medical suction equipment in various hospitals across mainland Britain. All technical training on the equipment will be provided, as well as a company van, phone, and tools.
Role Responsibilities:
- Inspecting and testing machinery and software.
- Diagnosing machinery and software faults
- Conducting on-site installations and repairs
- Writing and submitting technical reports for all repair and maintenance work
- Oversight and management of parts stock.
- Building positive relationships with customers and identifying other areas for upselling
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Problem Solving
- IT Literacy
- Use of basic hand tools
- Full UK Driving License
- Clear DBS
- Flexible Attitude
