Key Responsibilities:
As an Audit & Accounts Semi Senior / Senior, your role will include:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
- Preparing year-end financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conducting audits, including fieldwork, and ensuring audits are completed to the highest standard.
- Supporting the development of junior staff through training, supervision, and mentoring.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a Semi Senior, Senior, or Part-Qualified position within an accountancy practice.
- Progress towards ACA, ACCA, or AAT qualifications, or recent completion of these certifications.
- A solid understanding of financial accounting and auditing principles, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive and professional attitude, with a commitment to delivering excellence.
