We are actively recruiting for an Accounts and Audit job opportunity with an established and successful accountancy firm based in Leicester, including accounts preparation and advisory elements and available for ambitious people seeking the chance for a Manager or Director opportunity.

The salary is negotiable, will of course depend on experience and qualification level and is open within reason. The opportunity for an accountancy professional, anywhere from capable Accounts and Audit Senior up to Audit and Accounts Manager or Director, is due to expansion and the growth of the firm, plus their future planning for the leadership within this practice. This accountancy firm offer a friendly and supportive environment, in nice offices with a sensible work / life balance, parking, flexibility and exposure to a broad range of clients

The role will be include audit across a number of clients, but as a small to medium sized firm, there is a range of advisory, client management, accounts preparation and involvement in tax.

The role is largely office based at their Leicester office.  They work as a team and feel this works best when everybody is in the office as much as possible.  They are very flexible and understanding with staff, who often request working from home days if they need to be at home for some reason, but typically they would expect everyone in the office. They are happy to negotiate on starting and finishing hours to help with travel.

They only expect their team to work their paid hours and because they have a team in place who support each other, there is good work / life balance.
