Macildowie Finance are currently supporting a leading North Leicester based manufacturing business to recruit a Financial Controller.

This role will work proactively with all levels of the business to provide timely and accurate financial information and a full business partnering service, to enable the business to make well informed strategic decisions.

You will be responsible for: Leadership, coaching and continued development of a team of 4. Leading on all budgeting and forecasting activities for the site. Acting as a true business partner to all functional leads - Engineering/Production, Supply Chain etc. Preparing, analysing and presenting  key business performance metrics including productivity and standard costing. Ensuring that all relevant controls frameworks both internal and external are adhered to throughout the business.

To be considered for this role you must be a Qualified Accountant with experience of standard costing within manufacturing. You must be an experienced staff manager with a passion for driving process efficiencies and business partnering key operational stakeholders.
