Looking to step up into an FD role in the next few years?

You'll lead a team of four, driving change across finance-whether that's systems upgrades, process improvements, or embedding better controls. There's loads of autonomy, a senior team that values finance, and a clear path to FD.
It's hands-on but strategic-you'll partner with the SLT, ensuring finance is at the heart of key decisions. You'll take ownership of reporting, budgeting, and cash flow, making sure the business has the right insights to scale effectively.
The role calls for somebody with a naturally inquisitive mind, a thirst to drive continuous improvement and experience of working within fast paced environments. Whilst generating financial information is important, so will be its interpretation; this role requires somebody who is not afraid to challenge the status quo and who uses financial information to drive business outcomes and changes in behaviour

- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, ideally from an SME with a physical product (Manufacturing, FMCG, etc.)
- Project accounting and change management experience-new systems, process improvements, and integrations
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys getting into the detail when needed
