They offer a hybrid working policy 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.This role will suit a Qualified Accountant with strong post qualification experience and a highly technical skill set. You will be exposed to and work closely with all areas of the business, providing best in class technical finance support and maintaining and improving the internal controls environment. The role will lead on the preparation of Financial Statements, Monthly Consolidated Group Reporting and maintenance of Balance Sheet Controls.Responsibilities include: Owning the Group Consolidated Reporting in line with IFRS.Ownership of the internal controls and governance, leading maintenance and improvement of the controls environment. Providing technical support on M and A Activity. Playing a key role in the external Audit process, being the key point of contact for all technical audit queries etc. Management of Intercompany Loans and Transactions.Tax Reporting. Ensuring adherence with all relevant frameworks and policies - internal and external . Providing Technical finance support to all areas of the business, providing recommendations and guidance related to regulatory standards and their business implications. Contribute to the wider performance of the finance team, taking a lead on process and system improvement activities.

To be considered for this role you must be ACCA/ACA Qualified with strong technical experience - reporting/auditing to IFRS.An up to date understanding and working experience of controls frameworks is essential. Strong systems/data skills are key - particularly Microsoft Excel.
