Communicate is partnering with an AIM-listed manufacturer seeking an immediate-start Financial Controller. This role will involve supporting operations, transactional finance, transformation projects, and financial accounting.

Responsibilities:

Oversee financial accounting and reporting processes
Lead commercial finance initiatives from process improvements, streamlining controls and maximising the systems
Manage the transactional finance team
Support transformation projects within the finance function

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with post-qualification experience in the manufacturing sector
Experience in financial accounting and commercial finance
Preference for candidates with auditing experience in group/listed environments, or have worked in listed environments
Must be immediately available and able to work on-site in Leicester
Commitment to the full 12-month contract
