• Managing a portfolio of clients across various industries, ensuring assignments are completed on time
• Preparation of annual accounts and tax computations for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
• Preparation of management accounts on a monthly or quarterly basis, as well as preparing VAT returns
• Involvement in the firm’s cloud accounting offering and supporting its development
• Supervising and mentoring trainee accountants, helping them with their assignments
• Providing excellent client service, responding to ad hoc queries, and managing client expectations
• Staying up to date with relevant technical knowledge by attending training and conferences

• ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience, with solid experience in accountancy practice
• Strong technical skills in preparing annual accounts, tax computations, and management accounts
• Possesses excellent attention to detail and thrives on exceeding client expectations
• Confident with cloud accounting and experienced in VAT returns
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and enjoys mentoring and supporting junior team members
• Ability to manage client relationships and work independently, while being part of a collaborative team
