- Set up new SIPPs in a timely fashion, using a diary system, and submit information pack
- Effect transfers into SIPPs and provide the Suitability team with information pack
- Maintain accurate records, processing changes
- Maintain a diary
- Daily reconciliation of bank accounts
- Invoice clients in accordance with Client Agreements
- GCSE Maths and English – Grade B or above (or equivalent)
- Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent)
- Computer and Microsoft Office literate – Word, Excel and Outlook
- 2 years’ experience in an administration role within Financial or Professional Services
