  • Treasury Clerk, Treasury Operations Assistant, Financial Analyst (Treasury)
Key Responsibilities
  • Bank Reconciliation: Support the reconciliation of all bank accounts.
  • Cash Book Management: Assist with cash book postings and clear unreconciled items efficiently.
  • Query Resolution: Handle inquiries from banks and internal departments, including monitoring the central Treasury email inbox.
  • Depot Banking Support: Serve as the main contact for depot banking queries and provide assistance as needed.
  • Audit Assistance: Support the audit process for both interim and year-end audits.
  • Reporting Preparation: Prepare information for half-year and full-year reporting as requested.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Team Support: Provide cover for the wider team and assist with reception duties as required.

Candidate Requirements

Key Competencies:

  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Accurate and efficient
  • Strong investigative skills in financial transactions
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritise effectively
  • Keen eye for process improvements
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Previous experience in a Treasury function is advantageous

Person Specification:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Effective communicator at all levels
  • Team player with collaborative spirit
