Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

Hours: Full Time – Office Based

Holidays: 23 days holiday + Stat

Join a successful manufacturing business in Leicester, supplying some of the biggest names in the industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an all-rounder with strong financial expertise and commercial awareness.

Key responsibilities include: 

• Raise and post journals
• Overhead review 
• Analyse and post credit card transactions 
• Manage month-end procedures using Omnis and Sigma 
• Perform bank reconciliations 
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports 
• Enter timesheets and prepare costings 
• Set up sales orders
• Raise and manage purchase orders 
• Provide month-end cover 
• Maintain cashflow models 
• Process and code invoices 
• Maintain cashbooks and handle petty cash 

Additional Duties

• Conduct stock checks 
• Record holidays and sickness 
• Open and allocate incoming post 
• Manage procurement and chase parts
