The Role:
As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you'll be an integral part of the finance team, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of financial transactions. Key responsibilities include:
- System Use: Proficiency with JD Edwards and Excel for processing and reporting.
- Invoice Processing: Handling purchase orders, invoices, and payment runs.
- Cost Invoices: Verifying and coding cost invoices accurately.
- Reconciliations: Completing supplier statement reconciliations.
- Payments: Preparing and processing payment batches.
- Query Resolution: Managing and resolving supplier queries efficiently.

We're looking for someone with:
- Experience using JD Edwards and Excel.
