We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to work on duty desk, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong communication skills in both written and verbal English.
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage the duty desk operations, ensuring efficient handling of queries and support requests.
- Utilise Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel to perform daily tasks.
- Maintain and update databases with accurate information.
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
