Hours of work: 8:45am – 5pm Mon - Fri

We are looking for an office administrator to join a successful and well established family run business based in Leicester City Centre. This company operates within the construction industry, experience of working in the sector would be beneficial but is not required. You will be working in a small busy office with a friendly team responsible for a wide variety of administrative and office support duties that vary day to day.

Dutes & Responsibilities of an Office Administrator:

  • Handling Customer enquiries over the phone and via email using excellent Customer Service skills
  • Data input and keeping documents up to date
  • Processing quotes and  new applications
  • Diary Management and Appointment Scheduling
  • General Administratice duties such as; filing, scanning and printing
  • Handling, checking and processing invoices
  • Financial administration including invoice handling, checking and chasing
  • Account management

Skills & Experience of an Office Administrator:

  • Recent experience in a Office Administration required
  • Previous experience in diary management required
  • Previous experience in processing quotes, orders and invoices would be preferred
  • Prior CRM or Account Management experience desired
  • Hard-working and  enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent Communications skill with a friendly and confident telephone manner
  • Works well as part of a small team as well as independently
  • IT literate with experiences using MS Office programmes
