Business Support Admin– x1

Rate: £17.73p/hour (umbrella)

Onsite: Hybrid – with initial office-based training

Duration: 3 months initially

Location: Leicestershire 

Job Purpose

  • To provide administrative support to the Corporate Learning and Development Service and Management Team, including  range of customers, internal/external stakeholders and partners. Ensuring that the service provided is business focussed

  • Maintain and operate comprehensive and efficient filing and documentation collation in accordance with data protection laws and confidentiality requirements
  • Administration of all learning and development activities and events, including arranging venues, catering, resources, nominations process, maintenance of databases and learning management system

  • It is vital to the future of the department that the post holder is flexible in taking on additional tasks, willing to offer help to employees and treats co-operation and support for colleagues as a top priority

Key experience required:

  • Invoicing and procurement
  • Using excel and bespoke databases
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience dealing with multiple professionals
  • Communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Creating reports
