ABOUT THE ROLE
- Managing contracts, renewals, and payments
- Handling royalty statements and responding to queries
- Keeping schedules up to date and coordinating with teams
- Communicating with customers and partners
- Supporting internal projects and ensuring accurate reporting
ABOUT YOU
- Strong administrative experience (finance/accounts experience is highly desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident working independently and managing multiple tasks
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and good numeracy
