ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Managing contracts, renewals, and payments
  • Handling royalty statements and responding to queries
  • Keeping schedules up to date and coordinating with teams
  • Communicating with customers and partners
  • Supporting internal projects and ensuring accurate reporting

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong administrative experience (finance/accounts experience is highly desirable)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident working independently and managing multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and good numeracy
