My client is a leading property management company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lettings Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Administration and be proficient in using Alto software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Manage the tenancy process from start to finish, including tenant referencing, drafting tenancy agreements, and conducting check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all tenancies.
- Conduct regular property inspections and visits.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using Alto software is essential.
- Previous experience in an administration role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
