Office Administrator
Location: South Leicester, UK
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking for a long-term role? We are hiring an Office Administrator for a growing business to support their client onboarding, booking meetings, developing client relationships and general administration.
Key Responsibilities:Client Onboarding & Compliance:

Manage new client onboarding and ensure all required documentation is processed.

Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks (training provided if required).

Maintain accurate client records and update systems.
Client Communication & Administration:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent service.
- Guide clients through onboarding processes.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain internal systems.
- Organise and book meeting rooms as needed.

Previous experience in administration, preferably in professional services (e.g., accountancy, legal, finance).

Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.

Enthusiastic, client-focused, and a strong communicator.

Ability to work independently and within a team.
