Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about ensuring smooth operations? We are recruiting a dedicated Sales Administrator to join a dynamic team.The main purpose of the Sales Administrator role is to support the sales team with delivering excellent administrative support.Key responsibilities of the Sales Administrator role:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Raise quotations, issue and follow up.
  • Process sales orders and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders, invoicing, or product availability.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking performance, and maintaining key data for the team.
The ideal Sales Administrator candidate will have the following:
  • Proven experience in a sales administration, customer service, or office support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP systems.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
