We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our Children and Family Services team on a temporary basis. This role is essential for providing high-quality database support, managing referral processes, and offering clerical family responses. The ideal candidate will be flexible, cooperative, and committed to safeguarding and supporting colleagues and clients.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion.
  • Perform database entry tasks, manage case notes, upload documents, and send correspondence within given timelines and to a high standard.
  • Contact parents/carers, referrers, and other agencies as directed to clarify or seek additional information.
  • Raise invoices and purchase order numbers
  • Manage large volumes of data on excel
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in database management and clerical support within a similar setting.
  • Strong proficiency in various IT systems and excel
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Experience in customer service and handling enquiries.
