Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing Sales Copywriter to craft compelling and persuasive copy that drives sales, engagement and brand messaging. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing ad copy, email copy, and website copy to a high standard. You will work closely with our brand, marketing and sales teams to create content that resonates with our target audience and supports our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Ad Copywriting: Create engaging and persuasive ad copy for various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) that drives conversions and aligns with our brand voice.

Email Copywriting: Write effective email campaigns, including subject lines, body content, and CTAs, to nurture leads, increase open rates, and boost click-through rates.

Website Copywriting: Develop clear and compelling copy for our website, including landing pages, product descriptions, blog posts, and other web content.

SEO Optimisation: Incorporate SEO best practices into all web content to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure copy aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on copy elements to optimise performance and improve conversion rates.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to create relevant and impactful content.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in content creation, preferably in a high-growth eCommerce or tech company.

  • Proven track record of creating engaging content across multiple channels (blog posts, social media, videos, newsletters).

  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to use content management systems (CMS) and other content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Familiarity with GDPR and other relevant policies, understanding their impact on content creation and distribution.

  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making, with experience in A/B testing and content optimization.

  • A passion for understanding customer personas and consumer insights to craft relevant and impactful messaging.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative approach.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
