They work with a variety of businesses and industries creating unique promotional merchandise that engages their target audience, elevating their brand. Due to business growth, they’re looking for a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join their successful team. You will build lasting relationships with clients while delivering creative and impactful marketing solutions.As an Account Manager, you will be a key part of the client services team. You will be responsible for supporting and managing client accounts, building strong relationships, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The role

  • Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service.
  • Identifying buying signals from customers ensuring you conduct thorough fact finds during your calls.
  • Monitor and report on client performance, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences. 
  • Support in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and client reports.
  • Assist in resolving any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.

  • A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • A strong team player who can also work independently.
  • Happy to work from their beautiful city centre office.
  • Can – do attitude with a desire to improve service within a fast-paced environment. 
  • Previous experience within sales, service or account management preferable but if you feel you can bring something to the table without that experience, we still want to hear from you!
