You will build lasting relationships with clients while delivering creative and impactful marketing solutions.As an Account Manager, you will be a key part of the client services team. You will be responsible for supporting and managing client accounts, building strong relationships, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The role
- Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service.
- Identifying buying signals from customers ensuring you conduct thorough fact finds during your calls.
- Monitor and report on client performance, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Support in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and client reports.
- Assist in resolving any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.

- Previous experience within sales, service or account management preferable but if you feel you can bring something to the table without that experience, we still want to hear from you!
