Are you passionate about delivering training for both new and existing colleagues?

The Junior Internal Trainer will design, deliver, and assess training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. This role involves working collaboratively with various departments to ensure that training initiatives align with organisational goals.

The candidate
 

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a sales/ customer service training role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Preferable knowledge of Salesforce but not essential
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Experience mentoring team members
  • Responsibility for the delivery of our induction programme



The role
 

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support
  • Develop and implement engaging training programs that address skill gaps and meet business needs.
  • Facilitate training sessions in a variety of formats, including workshops, virtually, and online courses.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Provide 1:1 coaching and support to employees as needed.
  • Prepare reports on training outcomes and suggest improvements for future programs.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
  • Proficient in using training software and tools, including Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
