First People Solutions is working with a prestigious consulting engineer who are looking to appoint a Principal Structural Engineer to join their Leicester office. They have a rich history of delivering exceptional work across sectors such as commercial, residential, retail, defence and much more.
This role is ideal for a Structural Engineer with extensive project management, client relations, and structural design. You'll provide leadership to team members, supporting the successful delivery of projects. You will collaborate closely with directors, and other department heads, actively seeking opportunities with both new and existing clients.

What we need from you:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Chartered Engineers status (IStructE/CEng)
- Extensive experience working within a design engineering environment in the UK
- Strong leadership skills and able to manage project delivery
- Able to comfortably liaise with clients, stakeholders, and directors
- Able to support the development of junior staff and lead
