The key objective is to have previous experience in an Estimating position handling multiple quotations with values over £1 million.Main Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for projects in excess of £1 million, ensuring alignment with project specifications and budget.
• Collaborating with the project team to assess project requirements and provide timely budgets and quotations.
• Manage and quote joinery works with a thorough understanding of timber and joinery construction techniques.
• Contribute and communicate with internal stakeholders in project meetings and briefs with clients, ensuring the correct tender has been submitted.
• Ensure all project estimates reflect the highest quality standards and are aligned with client expectations.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the efficient delivery of all estimates within deadlines.
• Prepared Excel spreadsheets and other estimating software to produce clear, well-structured budgets and cost plans.
• Managing up to 3 quotes at one time with a value surpassing £1 million.

The Candidate

• Minimum of 3 years experience in an Estimating position, ideally within the Joinery or Construction industries.
• Able to travel to Leicester and customer sites when required.
• Ability to manage multiple quotations.
• Previous experience of managing bespoke quotes of up to £1 million.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient Microsoft Office user including Excel.
• Background in fit-out or shopfitting sectors - Desirable.
