Your new companyYou will be joining an Architectural practice that is on an exciting long-term venture, aiming to create a fantastic team that will look to deliver amazing homes and residential developments. They are currently on the lookout for a talented Architectural Designer to assist the Director with the modelling and running of projects from RIBA stages 1-4. Your new roleYou will be required to:
- Model and run projects from RIBA stages 1-4.
- Attend site visits.
- Liaise with appropriate authorities.
What you'll need to succeed
- Good understanding of the planning process.
- Excellent design, presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency with ArchiCAD v24
