Our client is a well-established and growing multi-disciplined surveying consultancy that provides specialist services to the Education sector. They are seeking a Project Architect to join their expanding team, based from their Leicester office. This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Architect to be a key figure within the design team and expand the office in the future, providing an excellent opportunity for progression. Our client have a variety of Education projects, ranging from sports halls, drama studios, extensions, refurbs and new builds. These projects range in value but are typically up to the value of 10m or so. They are seeking a Project Architect with good knowledge and experience across all RIBA Stages.

Project Architect Job Overview

Assisting the Principal Architect
Help lead a small architectural team
Delivering educational architectural projects
Work across all RIBA Stages
Use AutoCAD / Revit on a day to day basis
Working on a variety of scale education projects
Producing technical drawings
Working closely coordinating within a team as well as independently

Project Architect Job Requirements

ARB or RIBA Qualified Architect
Strong experience working across all RIBA Stages
Help support junior members of the team
Experience using AutoCAD or Revit
Live within a commutable distance of Leicester

Project Architect Salary & Benefits

Competitive salary 40,000 - 50,000 DOE
