About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join our multi-sector studio in Leicester. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the technical delivery of projects, ensuring high standards of design, documentation, and construction detailing. You will be working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to drive project success while keeping an eye on cost efficiency and savings.



Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD (Revit proficiency desirable).

  • Lead the detailed design and delivery of projects across various sectors.

  • Engage in client-facing meetings, advising on cost implications and value engineering.

  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Provide technical guidance to junior team members and support project coordination.

  • Ensure all work aligns with UK Building Regulations, industry standards, and best practices.

  • Work primarily on-site (4 days per week) in a supportive and collaborative office environment.



Key Requirements

? Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist, ideally in a multi-sector studio.
? Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience would be highly advantageous).
? Strong technical detailing skills and ability to produce construction-ready drawings.
? Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to discuss cost implications and efficiencies.
? Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, close-knit team.
