We are seeking a knowledgeable, dual qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, with a good standing of experience within the industry. Candidates will be working across a mix of Commercial, Industrial and Public Sector sites to provide a high level of service to Clients. You would suit this role if you have a keen enthusiasm for the industry and would like to join a forward thinking company. Experience / Qualifications:
- You must have experience undertaking the full range of Asbestos Surveys and Analytical duties
- Will be qualified with the BOHS P402, P403 & P404, or the RSPH equivalent
- Must be comfortable using IT software, ideally TEAMS
- Well-rounded technical knowledge of UKAS and HSG guidelines
- Hardworking attitude
The Role:
- You will be carrying out Management, Demolition and Refurbishment Asbestos surveys
- Conducting 4 Stage Clearances
- Background, Leak, Personal, Re-occupation air testing
- Writing comprehensive and bespoke Survey and Analysis reports for Clients
- Providing regular updates to Clients as well as technical advice
- Overseeing site-wide compliance with industry standards, and making sure targets are met across projects
- Maintaining excellent working relationships with removals operatives and Clients
