Job Title: Sales Administrator
Contract: 12-Month FTC
Salary: £25,000 - £27,500
Location: South Leicestershire – Office Based
Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join our client’s team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing first-class support to both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Sending out marketing materials, updates, and customer communications.
- Liaising with external partners to gather and process essential documentation.
- Keeping internal systems up to date with sales activity, including new releases, reservations, and completions.
- Producing reports to support the senior sales team with insights and performance updates.
- Strong administrative experience, ideally within a sales environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced setting.
