SF Recruitment’s Professional Services division is excited to be recruiting exclusively for a growing organisation in South Leicestershire.

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join our client’s team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing first-class support to both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Sending out marketing materials, updates, and customer communications.
  • Liaising with external partners to gather and process essential documentation.
  • Keeping internal systems up to date with sales activity, including new releases, reservations, and completions.
  • Producing reports to support the senior sales team with insights and performance updates.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong administrative experience, ideally within a sales environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced setting.
