The Company:
ER Recruitment are excited to be working on this dynamic opportunity with our client, who are a dynamic family-run business providing premium products across the UK and pride themselves on their customer care.
The successful candidate will have a proven background in administration support of a sales team and provide exceptional customer care in a proactive environment.

Role & Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:

  • Respond to customer queries and inquires via telephone and email.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the external sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all data is entered correctly into our systems.
  • Liaise with the sales team, manufacturers and customers.
  • Prepare customer quotations.
  • Process sales orders from point of order to delivery.
  • Create customer invoices ensuring accuracy at all times.
  • Organise transport for deliveries.
  • Perform other administration duties as assigned to support overall team objectives.


About You as the Sales Administrator:

  • Previous experience working in a busy sales office.
  • Proven experience in administration is essential
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Work well under pressure whilst retaining a calm and positive attitude.
  • Pro-active approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
