As a Sales Administrator, you will be a key part of the client services team. You will be responsible for supporting and servicing the needs of existing client accounts. Building strong relationships, and ensuring orders are processed in a timely manner. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a creative industry where servicing customer needs are of upmost importance.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Accurately processing a high volume of customer orders via email, phone, and online systems
  • Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service.
  • Handling order amendments, backorders, and customer updates
  • Maintaining customer records and order history in our CRM/ERP system
  • Identifying buying signals from customers ensuring you conduct thorough fact finds during your calls.
  • Monitor and report on client performance, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
  • Assist in resolving any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
