Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Role
- Focus on developing new business opportunities and managing key accounts across the UK, with a large project focus for products / systems such as electric motors, drives, linear drives, gearboxes, actuators and more.
- Maintainingsales for electric motor, drives, linear products, gearboxes, couplings, drive wheels, motion control products and more with demonstration, exhibition, and negotiation to achieve targets.
- Will have a full involvement in the sales process from enquiry right through to closure, liaising with team members on supplier agreements, project, design, after sales care and more.
- Work on a Hybrid basis, ideally 2 days in the office (Leicester) and with regular visits to customer sites when required.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Requirements
- Experience as a sales engineer, area sales manager, technical sales engineer, key account manager, business development manager, project engineer, project sales engineer or similar, ideally within an electrical / electronic engineering environment.
- A technical qualification is highly advantageous. Ideally HNC, HND, or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering. IT or similar Engineering discipline.
- Candidates with experience selling any electrical / electronic or electromechanical products, are strongly advised to apply. Full product training provided.
- Full clean driving license.
- Willingness to operate on a Hybrid basis, 2 days a week from the in office in Leicester, with regular travel to customer sites.
