They generate leads through their website, so there’s no need for cold calling. Your role will involve responding to these inbound leads, understanding client needs, and offering the best product solutions.
As a Sales Representative, your focus will be on inbound sales. You’ll respond to inquiries from businesses already interested in our products, connecting with potential clients via phone and email, providing personalised advice and tailored solutions.
Are you the right person for the job?
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, particularly over the phone and email
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Experience in the promotional products or print industry is a significant advantage
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- A suitable working environment and fast broadband for remote work
What will your role look like?
- Answer questions from inbound leads and offer expert advice on promotional products.
- Provide tailored solutions to businesses based on their requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
