We are currently recruiting for a Credit Control Administrator to join our expanding credit function! 

Key Responsibilities

  • Cash posting and allocation, to include calling for remittances and providing payment update to the sales support team– Trade and Parkside
  • Triage of the credit control inboxes ensuring requests are categorised correctly for easy pick up - Tradepay and Parkside
  • Providing copy documentation ie invoices, credits, statements to customers
  • Tradepay application process- Ensure approved accounts are actioned. All accounts are set to monitored and a credit report is downloaded and filed accordingly (whilst the bugs are being worked through)
  • Prepare documentation for LBA process
  • Small balance chasing via email -  Trade and Parkside
  • Direct debit monitoring and set up
  • Reporting  - ie no. of new customer applications, duplication report, new customer logging (Parkside)
  • General ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team – Filing, scanning, etc

Experience Required

  • At least a years’ experience in a Credit admin role
  • Superb communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Good Excel and  Word knowledge.
  • Good time management, planning & organisational skills.
