Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships? We are looking for a motivated and professional Customer Services Executive to join the Client Operations team of a boutique Wealth & Investment Management business based in Leicester.

This key role involves providing first class administrative support and managing client inquiries to ensure an excellent experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, etc.) to exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with the firm’s Professional Advisors and client-facing executives.
  • Ensure timely and professional resolution of client queries within established service levels.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of service projects and campaigns.
  • Support the Sales and Marketing teams in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Ensure adherence to the firm's governance policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, building open communication and strong business relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in a professional services setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
