Key Responsibilities:- Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients, generating new leads and business opportunities.
- Qualify leads effectively and engage with key decision-makers across various sectors.
- Manage and maintain the CRM system with up-to-date lead information.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into meetings and sales.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Experience in a lead generation or telesales role is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A self-starter with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay motivated in a high-pressure environment.
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience.
