ABPM are recruiting a confident, organised and self-disciplined Bookkeeper / Executive Assistant to support an established function.
If you are seeking a role that is flexible and predominantly homebased, this opportunity could be the ideal opening for a versatile individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, who is assertive and capable of managing a dual position.
Some of your duties will include:
- Manage the accounts receivable and accounts payable duties.
- Prepare and raise monthly sales invoices.
- Report, escalate and recover aged debts.
- Accurate general ledger postings.
- Prepare vat returns.
- Bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Support month-end and payroll processes.
- General administrative duties including support with HR and diary management.
- Ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
You should have achieved or have the abilities within:
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and principles.
- Solid bookkeeping skills.
- IT literate, Xero experience would be advantageous.
