Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Marketing and Brand Relations Manager to serve as the brands' primary point of contact. This role is essential for managing brand expectations, ensuring effective communication, and fostering strong relationships. You will oversee the design and social media teams, driving brand initiatives and ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

Brand Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for our partner brands, addressing inquiries, managing expectations, and providing timely updates.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners to enhance collaboration

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the design and social media teams, providing guidance on projects and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement brand strategies that align with overall business goals.

Content Creation: Oversee the development of engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring it reflects brand identity and resonates with target audiences.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation.

Project Management: Coordinate and manage marketing projects and ensuring timely delivery.


Requirements:

Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field

3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a creative team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
