Our client in Leicester is looking for 2 Machine Operatives for a temporary to permanent position.
Candidates must have previous experience in the mail industry and operating specific machines such as CMC, SMI, or BUHRS.
The role requires setting up, adjusting, and operating various machines while monitoring their performance.
Working hours are Monday to Friday with shifts from 6.00am-1.30pm or 1.30pm-9.00pm, including occasional overtime and weekends.
The pay rate starts at £13 per hour, depending on experience.

Machine Operative:Our client based in Leicester are seeking 2x Machine operators to join their busy team on a temporary to permanent basis. As a machine operator, you will be required to set up, adjust accordingly and operate several different machines.Working hours: Monday to Friday 6.00am-1.30pm or 1.30pm-9.00pm. Must have availability for overtime and weekend working occasionally.Payrate: £13+ depending on experience in the industryResponsibilities:

Operating both automated and non-automated machines.
Monitoring machines and ensuring that they adhere to specifications, Adjusting them where necessary.
Run various pieces of equipment accurately to maintain operating speed.
Record production data accurately.

Requirements:

Previous experience within mail industry is
Previous experience operating one, if not all the following Machines: CMC, SMI, BUHRS. (ESSENTIAL)
Excellent visual skills with a strong eye for detail.
The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Good communication skills.
