  • A knack for capturing and prioritising business requirements with clarity and purpose.
  • Confidence in business process redesign, solution definition, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent documentation skills including functional specs, wireframes, and process maps.
  • You may need to visit different locations as part of this role so you'll also need a driving license to be considered

Desirable Extras:

  • Experience working in the manufacturing sector
  • Exposure to ERP systems (System21/Aurora or similar)
  • BCS Certificate in Business Analysis (or equivalent)
  • Strong skills in Visio, Excel, and Microsoft tools
