This role involves leading a team of business analysts, setting functions and frameworks. While ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, conduct performance reviews, and develop personal growth plans.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Business Analysis: Oversee the identification, analysis, and documentation of business requirements, and ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Strategic Support: Contribute to the organization's strategic planning, ensuring business analysis activities align with strategic goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices, drive business process improvements, and promote a customer-centric ethos.
Experience required:
- Proven experience in a senior business analysis role and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Visio, DevOps).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for influencing stakeholders.
- Experience in project management methodologies and frameworks.
