The Role of Business Development Executive:

The Business Development Executive will make outbound calls to arrange appointments for the field-based Technology consultants and deal with general enquiries when required. The Business Development team will also play a key part in customer relationship building whilst helping define a strategy around outbound calling and marketing campaigns.

As well as creating a great first impression with prospective clients you will also represent the business in a professional manner, obtaining key information from calls with prospective clients.

Other responsibilities include achieving and reporting on set KPI’s which include booked meetings as well as utilise the business CRM system to accurately record key information.

The Business Development Executive will also be responsible for rebooking any cancelled meetings, supporting field-based team in market research as well as participating in sales events as appropriate

What you need:

  • Minimum of 2 years outbound telephone experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Self-motivated with high levels of discipline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and organise own workload without supervision is essential
