Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000neg + profit share bonus

The role of the Branch Sales Manager – Electrical Products will involve:

Branch Sales Manager position managing a branch & selling a wide range distributed electrical products
You will be selling to M&E contractors or end users such as: manufacturing warehouses
Typical order values can range between £500-£8k depending on size and scope
Full responsibility for controlling all aspects of P&L in the branch
You will be expected to call and visit existing customers to establish & maintain relationships
Managing all facets of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales and health & safety
Providing training, development and motivation to all branch staff

The ideal applicant will be Branch Sales Manager – Electrical Products with:

Must have sales focused branch manager experience within electrical wholesale
Ideally experience selling into installers/contractors
Must be happy to go out and see customers to build relationships and generate sales
Able to work autonomously & also as part of a team
Ambitious, energetic & enthusiastic
Personable, driven, people person
UK Driving license
IT Savvy
