The RoleAs General Manager, you’ll lead the charge in running our student accommodation as a standalone business. You’ll oversee operations, drive performance, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll be a key player in shaping an engaging and supportive environment for students from around the globe.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming space for students.
- Manage budgets and KPIs, driving financial performance and operational excellence.
- Build and lead a motivated, high-performing team.
- Cultivate strong relationships with students, universities, and stakeholders.
- Foster a vibrant community with events and initiatives to enhance the student experience.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations.
